PhD in Computer Engineering and Professor of Computer Languages and Systems at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She is director of the Green Algorithms area of OdiseIA, the Observatory of the Social and Ethical Impact of Artificial Intelligence. In the year 2023 she appears in the ranking of The Best Computer Science Scientists in Spain, carried out by Research.com, in which only eleven women are included. Since April 2023 she is one of the twelve members of the Spanish Committee for Research Ethics of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
